Welcome to our newest class. As a new father myself I can now fully appreciate how challenging it can be to find time to exercise as a Mum. Trying to feed, change, feed,change, change, change, feed, burp, nurse,feed and change and then you get that golden moment when the eyes start slowly closing and then... sleep. That when you have to go into overdrive to get all the things you want done, done. Then you rest just as the little one murmurs that they are about to wake from there slumber.

We have an amazing Trainer Naomi who unfortunately, can't stop babies do what babies do, but she can help you by increasing your fitness, renewing you with energy and toning your body up to become a yummy mummy. Having a class especially for you and your bub means if you need to take a minute to feed, nurse or change your little one you can.

Naomi will work every muscle around the body with a large variety of exercises including pilates, pelvic floor, cardio boxing, walking, stair work, and strength training.

We recommend only starting these classes 12 weeks after your pregnancy, until then we recommend light walking if your doctors are happy for you to do so.
