The Straight UP
Session

At Fit To Excel we recently reviewed what we offered and we soon realized that there are a number of people who would love to have a Personal Trainer yet may be restricted due to costs involved. So we have created a basic training session to meet those needs. If you are prepared to warm yourself up for a minimum of 10 minutes using our warm-up guide and be ready to rock and role at the appointed time, we will provide you with a targeted workout aimed at whatever goal/s you are currently working towards. Once your session has finished, you will be asked to finish your workout with the guided stretching routine that will be provided to you.

The Power Session

This is the session for most. This is what 90% of our clients are using it allows for a good warm up a great workout and a stretch at the end. Your session will be designed just for you. The trainer will be with you keeping you motivated and pushing your comfort levels whist making sure your technique is kept perfect.

The Buddy and Group Session

The Buddy and Group Session gives you the opportunity to workout with a friend or a group of up to 5 friends or workmates for an hour.  It is a great way to have fun working out, pushing each other along whilst holding each other accountable! We can provide for larger groups on request. The workout includes an dynamic warm-up using effective warm-up techniques to allow full movement of all joints, a targeted workout aimed at whatever goal/s you are currently working towards and a full body stretch aimed at releasing overused and short muscle to help you perform at your peak.
