It has been a massive year with people reaching all sorts of achievements. We would like to say thank you to our amazing clients for your amazing efforts this year, it has been a privilege and an honour to be apart of it. So here it comes Summer is upon us again. Summer is amazing here in Brisbane bright early morning with a brilliant blue sky, golden beaches only 1 hour away, beaches that many fly from thousands of kilometers away to enjoy. One of my favourite things in life is to zip down on a Friday afternoon for a walk along the beach with "The Mrs" (my beautiful wife), "The Boys" (my two dogs) and now "The Little One" (the baby) and have a dip in the ocean at the end.Whatever your motivation is this summer... to lose weight, tone up, become a runner or fit that summer dress. The steps to setting and achieving your big goal...
1. Write it down, place it on your computer, on the fridge or your bathroom mirror where it can be seen.
2. Set some smaller goals, e.g. monthly or weekly. It keeps you motivated and steering towards the big one.
3. Tell someone about them. It holds you accountable and others will help keep you on track.
4. Get amongst it. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance, get a Personal Trainer, get involved in a Fitness Class etc.
